CANCELLATION OF CLUB NIGHT 15th JUNE 2006

As a consequence of our club night clashing with England’s World Cup match on Thursday 15th June 2006, it has been decided that it would be prudent to cancel the club night and the talk given by Tillman Kleinhans. It is our intention re-arrange the talk by Tillman Kleinhans for our 2006 / 2007 season.

SLPS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2006 [PDF]

This year's AGM will be taking place on Thursday 8th June 2006 at 8.00 pm at CADWA Hall.

Any items or resolutions for the agenda must be submitted to the Secretary before or on Thursday 18th May. Please note that any resolutions will need to have a proposer and seconder. Nominations of members for the new Committee for the year 2006/07 should be made on the appropriate form and then forwarded to the Secretary.
